What you will do

  • Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities to grow the agency's client base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Develop a deep understanding of digital marketing services and how they can benefit potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and work with internal teams to ensure contract fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and target key markets and industries.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking events to promote the agency and gather market intelligence.
  • Provide feedback and market insights to the agency's leadership to shape business strategies and service offerings.
  • Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, aligned with the agency’s growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with project management and creative teams to ensure that project deliverables meet client expectations.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and competitors.
  • Develop strategies for cross-selling and up-selling services to existing clients.
  • Report on business development activities and results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience of 3+ years in business development, sales, or a similar role within the digital marketing industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and web development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with clients and team members at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • High level of creativity and innovation in developing business strategies.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • A self-starter with a track record of successful, credible lead follow-up and sales development.
  • Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
